Terms & Conditions
Golden Line Groodles – Puppy Terms & Conditions
Health & Wellbeing
All puppies are Mini Groodles, raised in our family home with love and care. They are vet-checked, wormed, microchipped, and well-socialised before leaving us. We ensure each puppy is healthy and thriving while in our care, and we provide veterinary documentation at the time of departure. Once the puppy leaves our care, we are no longer responsible for any changes to their condition that may arise during or after travel.
Purchase Price
The total cost of a puppy is $4,500. A $500 deposit is required to secure your puppy, with the remaining $4,000 due by the agreed date before your puppy joins their new family.
Payment Terms
The $500 deposit is strictly non-refundable. Full payment must be received by the agreed date before your puppy leaves our care. If payment is not made by the agreed date, the puppy may be reallocated to another family. All payments must be made via bank transfer; we do not accept cash or third-party payment platforms.
Health Guarantee
If a serious health concern is identified by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of your puppy arriving home, and it is diagnosed as a pre-existing condition that was present while in our care, we will offer a full refund upon return of the puppy. This guarantee does not cover conditions that are common or treatable in puppies (such as parasites, ear infections, or stress-related issues), nor does it apply to any health matters that develop after the puppy has left our care.
Breeding and Desexing
Our puppies are sold as cherished family companions, not for breeding. If you wish to discuss breeding rights, you must contact us before your puppy’s departure. Desexing is not required, but is recommended unless your vet advises otherwise.
Microchip and Registration
Your puppy will come with all relevant microchip paperwork, and we’ll assist with transferring their registration to your name via the NSW Pet Registry.
Interstate Transport Disclaimer
We may recommend trusted pet transport providers, but Golden Line Groodles is not liable for any injury, illness, stress, delay or loss once your puppy has left our care. It is your responsibility to ensure you’re comfortable with the chosen courier. While we aim to support a smooth journey, we cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for how third-party services operate. We strongly recommend arranging pet insurance to cover any unexpected issues that may arise during or after transport.
Ongoing Responsibility
Once your puppy has left our care, all responsibility including general health, training, socialisation and well-being becomes yours. We encourage continued training, enrichment and a loving home environment.
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your circumstances change and you’re no longer able to care for your puppy, we ask that you contact us. We will do our best to assist in rehoming them with another loving family, but no refund will be given.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By confirming your purchase or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
